TrueMark provides a digital platform for verifying the authenticity of cosmetic products through AI-assisted image recognition and label analysis. Verification results are based on our live database and internal registry of product models and counterfeit indicators.

The information displayed represents our best automated assessment using available data and may evolve as our system learns and the industry landscape changes.

2. User Responsibilities

• Use TrueMark only for lawful, legitimate product verification purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate TrueMark’s AI models, datasets, or security logic
• Do not upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property or contains harmful code
• Do not misuse the platform for commercial scanning without written consent

Any violation of these responsibilities may result in restricted access or legal action.

3. Accuracy & Limitations

TrueMark uses artificial intelligence to provide authenticity assessments. While accuracy is a core objective, verification results are **probabilistic** and may not identify all counterfeit or genuine items.

Users should treat scan results as advisory guidance and not as an absolute certification.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueMark and its technology partner Antigravity are not responsible or liable for:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated scanning results
• Business, financial, consumer, or reputational losses arising from reliance on a verification outcome
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of the platform

Users accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on TrueMark assessments.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, databases, algorithms, and platform content are the exclusive property of TrueMark or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or operational issues without notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of TrueMark after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
